Cancellation Policy

Please arrive with clean, blow dried hair. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to book all appointments and is nonrefundable regardless of when you cancel. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will forfeit the $50 nonrefundable deposit. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
